Columbia Gas Customer Choice Program
Columbia Gas of Kentucky offers a Customer Choice Program, allowing consumers in the Columbia service area (Central and Eastern Kentucky) the ability to choose their own supplier and providing customers with the benefits of gas competition.
Through the program, customers may choose to continue having Columbia Gas as their supplier, or choose to purchase gas from a different supplier. Whether a customer chooses to purchase gas from an alternative supplier or from Columbia Gas, Columbia continues to deliver the gas through their existing pipes, make repairs to the delivery system and respond to emergencies.
